About Me

I am an avid Health nut who has chosen the career path of being a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor, and Nutrition Specialist. I worked in the corporate world with gyms before and have decided to start my own business. O2BEFIT (www.o2befit.com) 

I am a graduate of Virginia Tech and got married to my best friend in 2009. We recently moved back to Blacksburg to pursue our passions in the health and fitness field.
